For the last four and one half years I have been pursuing my dissertation Leadership and change from Antioch University's Leadership and Change Program. The focus of my study is the experience of social justice workers who embody Life-Affirming Leadership. I hope to interview five social justice workers from around the country who embody characteristics of Life-Affirming Leadership. With the permission of the interviewees, I will post here parts of the interviews in either an audio, written text, or video format. Look for posts in late May or June.
